I am a 2007, Btech, Mining pass out from IT-BHU.
I wanted to apply for MBA this year and had some queries regarding it.

Can you please give a small feedback on my chances at US B schools (top 20):
GMAT score: 740 (39 verbal + 50 Maths), AWA (haven't received yet)
Work ex: 2 years 6 months (by December 2009)
I work in start up consulting firm (Climate change: Carbon credit business) at a fairly responsible position (heading company's north Indian operations, in fact was promoted to head much senior IIT guy)
Academics: Grades: 7.45 (really low point), Foreign Internship, 2 international publications during college time
Extracurricular: Member Institute's cricket team and invoved in managing cultural fest

I'm very confused for ISB. Is it really a good school or just a hyped one? How well suited it is for a person with my profile and needs or IIMs (A, B, C) would be a better option in India?

I will be very grateful to you if you could guide me in picking the right kind of MBA schools where i have a decent chance to make it into.
